Scores killed as Gaza UN school hit John Ging, the head of Unrwa, said he was "shocked" by "the brutality of the injuries" he had seen during a visit to the Shifa hospital in Gaza.He said: "There are very real shortages of medicine. This hospital has not had electricity for four days. If the generators go down, those in intensive care will die. This is a horrific tragedy here, and it is getting worse by the moment."

John Ging, diretor do setor da ONU responsável por ajuda humanitária para refugiados (UNRWA) disse que está "chocado" com "a brutalidade dos ferimentos" que ele testemunhou em sua visita no hospital de Shifa, em Gaza. Ele disse: "A falta de medicamentos é real. O hospital está sem eletricida por quatro dias. Se os geradores de energia pararem, aqueles em tratamento intensivo irão morrer. Isto é uma tragédia horrível e aqui as coisas estão piorando a cada minuto."
